Schaumburg Lincoln

Recently, my 2018 MKZ Hybrid was diagnosed with a serious transmission problem. I took it to two shops and was told car was leaking a lot of trans fluid. According to one shop, only solution would be to repl transmission problem. I took it to two shops and was told car was leaking a lot of trans fluid. But something told me to go to back to my Lincoln dealership before taking the plunge and spending all that money… Problem is, I live in the south suburbs. It’s quite a trek for me to drive to Schaumburg; but turned out to be well worth it. Vince was able to squeeze me in for an early Saturday morning appointment. His team diagnosed my car's problem as a mere sealant leak, no need to replace the entire axle assembly. Lincoln, however, didn't have the proper parts in that morning. No problem, Vince put in a request, explained parts should be delivered early the following week. Next item on my car to-do list: new tires. Vince had my preferred brand in stock and gave me a deal (including roadside warranty) on three new top-tier tires... and while I waited for tires to be installed, Monse arranged for a porter to drive me to a nearby restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Even washed my car after installing the tires... I do not frivolously rate this dealer five stars; their service team earned them. Thank you again Vince and Monse for making my visit to Lincoln of Schaumburg pleasant, productive and affordable. More
