Had we not wanted that specific used car (had spent weeks scouring the internet to find a car with a list of specs we wanted and drove almost 2 hours to this dealership) we would’ve walked out right then. They shooed us off to another room while the 2 of them proceeded into the sales managers office to continue the fight. After they figured that out, we went for a quick test drive. On the car ride, the salesman kept saying he had another family driving over an hour to see this car too. We dismissed it as standard salesman BS. We get back to the dealership & told them we’d take it & we had financing already set up with our local bank. They refused to accept the email & told us they couldn’t let us leave with the car unless we used their financing. It was after hours on a weekday & our bank was closed so we allowed them to just so we could be done & on our way home. We then proceeded to have 4 different credit inquiries pop in on our phone. My husband went over to tell them to stop running inquiries & asked to move things along since the salesman just kept coming back saying it would be just a bit longer & we were fed up after hearing it the 5th time. They finally get us over to a desk to start the paperwork & the salesman asks my husband to go with him for a minute. He walks him over to a waiting area & told him to get a cup of coffee, then immediately turned to a couple who had been sitting there & said “sorry we just sold that car.” My husband told him that was in extremely poor taste & the guy just tried saying it was the thing about his job he didn’t like. It took quite a bit longer, I think the whole process was 3 1/2 hours & our test drive was only 15 minutes. We ended up being there 30 minutes after they closed. Had we not wanted that specific car, we would’ve walked. By the time we were done, we were just tired & crabby & still had a 2 hour drive home. Because we were tired & it was dark, we failed to notice a very big cigar burn mark on the gearshift. The car had been advertised as a non smokers car. Because of this, we changed out the cabin air filter & it was completely disgusting. I absolutely would NOT recommend this dealership. More
Service inept/ excellent I know it is very hard to find good help. Vince took my request to process pick up and delivery very efficiently. I had to call back after 3 or4 days to check status, only to find parts were already in. then I had to deal with Alexia, who gave me the wrong fax number AND when that did not work, the wrong email address. She was impatient and made me feel like I was imposing. Wrong person for the job! Like I said, it is hard to find good help. The service was done in less than a day and the person who provided the loaner and pick up is the right person for the job;very courteous and professional. The next time I need pick up and delivery service (touch wood) I will use Rohrman Lincoln, I hope Vince will follow through and Alexia will be reassigned. More

The manager at the time reaped to me many, many times how busy and overwhelmed he was and if wanted to use my extended warranty for my oil changed I needed to worked out with the cashiers. No different we’re the cashiers. This place does not care about service. They are all extremely RUDE!!! More
No pressure! I have always wanted a Lincoln, but it seemed like a waste to spend so much on a car when mine worked just fine. I was in the area and thought I would check out a Continental. I loved it! I was sure my afternoon was going to suck because, you know... buying a car is such a horrible experience. TJ made it completely painless though, and I felt like I was just car shopping with a friend. I have no buyers remorse and am thrilled with my new car! More
Service Department is horrible The Service Department never told me they were going to charge me a minimum of 142 dollars to find out why the key fob which I purchased from them and The Service Department never told me they were going to charge me a minimum of 142 dollars to find out why the key fob which I purchased from them and they said they programmed, which did not work, when after four visits they finally programmed the key fob. When I purchased the fob they had a price on the piece of paper I signed for the part and they would program. The last two times I came in I signed a piece of paper for them to again program the key with no price on it. I was at the dealer today and they finally got it programmed. The head Service Manager waved me off and I left. One hour later I get a call from the dealer that I owe 142 dollars for the programing diag. Really ? I was never told of the 142 dollars and the 142 was not on the paper I signed when I got there. If I had know I would have told them NO. Worst Service Experience I have ever had. I am a service manager at another store and this is no way how you treat a customer. Horrible. I will let my friends and my customers know not to do business with a Bob Rohman store. More

Guess they don’t want my money/ they make it to hard to buy I called and chatted with Nikki to set an appointment up to look at a vehicle. She let me know the car was on the lot and available. Told her I am dr I called and chatted with Nikki to set an appointment up to look at a vehicle. She let me know the car was on the lot and available. Told her I am driving right in and set an appointment. I live an hour away. Got to the dealership, she didn’t even want to talk to me. I found out from the sales manager that they lent the car our to a customer just before I arrived. I am sure many people will still buy from them but the whole Bob Rohrman group lost me as a customer and my companies business(we 20 super duty trucks a year) More
