I would like to thank you for taking your time to share your experience. In response to the comments above, the customer called for service and asked if he could come in immediatly, we said yes. When the customer came in he was in a hurry he said all that he wanted was the oil changed because he didnt have time to wait. We asked him if he wanted the vehicle washed he said NO he would pass on the wash as well. When the vehicle was ready, the customer asked if we rotated the tires and we responded no you only asked for the oil to be changed because you were in a hurry. We offered to rotate the tires while the vehicle was still in the shop , and the customer said NO. We did what the customer asked us to do and he was out and on the road in 30 minutes. Once again, Thank you for your comments.

When you pay for service and they don't do what is included and what they are saying it's misleading customers. I said I don't need car wash but if you charge for oil and rotating tires then do what is included. I wasn't in hurry because manager told me there is no waiting time. But when I came to location men who is talking cars he said over one hour is for change oil what I didn't get that answer when I called. Misleading and don't providing service what you offer is unhappy customer and bed reviews. I gave you chance .
