Very impressed I took advantage of the Lincoln Date Night. Luis P. met me at the door, and was kind and professional through out the entire process. Literally, there was no pressure to buy a car.....he just wanted me to have a good experience. He pulled up with a bright red Lincoln MKC, connected my phone and explained most of the features. Then I was off. I had the car for a day. When I returned it, I was expecting some pressure to buy the car, but there was none. He asked me if I had a good experience with the car, gave me his card and thanked me for stopping by. He pulled up my car that I left at the dealership and it WAS WASHED.....how awesome was that. I'm not quite ready to buy a car yet, but experiencing this dealership and the Lincoln MKC, I would seriously consider buying a car from Luis and Schaumburg Lincoln. More

Both Luis & Nick spent a great deal of time with us as we waivered between a new car or pre-owned. We opted for a new MKX - love it. Luis explained all the electronic features and told us if we had additional questions just stop by and he would go over with us again. He even came in on his day off just to go over the functions with us. Frank finished up with us and we were out the door with our new car. More

Bob Rohrman Lincoln in Schaumburg has a amazing team right from the front desk to sales and to the finance, and also the maintenance / porter staff. they accommodated my time and convenience even though it was late in the evening. they all stayed back after hours to ensure that the vehicle i am purchasing is in perfect condition. i was helped by Brock. in fact he made his first sales to me and i got the privilege to cut his Tie. never knew that tradition, but i guess there is always a first time for everything.
