Battery Light Flashing and Changed Battery When I called the Mazda dealership this past Friday afternoon (June 12) and told them on what was wrong, Kyle said to bring it in and they would take When I called the Mazda dealership this past Friday afternoon (June 12) and told them on what was wrong, Kyle said to bring it in and they would take a look. Come to find out, my battery was leaking acid big time and I had a 5 year warranty, which I got it at AutoZone (the last Sunday of January of 2019). The battery should have lasted a whole lot longer than it did but who would have thought that it would go so quick. The service people put in the new battery plus cleaning up the acid that was left and it took less than 1 hour, from start to finish. I was very pleased with the excellent service that I got. More

I typically take advantage of their offer to driv My recent experience at Scherer Mazda for simple oil change and tire rotation service was excellent. I typically take advantage of their offer to drive me to work while my vehicle is serviced. On this occasion, and in light of social distancing concerns, I was issued a loaner for the day. It was a new version of my car, a Mazda 6, and I certainly enjoyed trying it out. I was later sent a link to a narrated video showing a technician examining various aspects of my car and commenting on them, which was a new twist that I also appreciated. Overall, I have confidence in the service department and will continue to place my trust in Scherer Mazda. More

Rob was really nice nice. Went in for a recall notice and oil change. My bf was just really annoyed that they charged $60 to drill out a screw that had broken off to secure my license plate.
