Best service department I absolutely love Scherer Mazda. From the first time I took my 2010 Mazda3 here I was sold on their service department - Daniel asked me about my car, I absolutely love Scherer Mazda. From the first time I took my 2010 Mazda3 here I was sold on their service department - Daniel asked me about my car, I thanked him for asking me and he said "It is your car and you know your car". As a female you don't always get treated with this kind of respect when it comes to the service of your vehicle. No matter who I have seen over the years I get treated with the same respect as I got that first day - yesterday it was Kyle. CX-7 Window Riser Took a 2011 CX-7 in for a repair to the driver's side window. The mechanism which opens and closes the window wasn't working which made it inoperable. Fortunately, the window was stuck in the closed position, and everything else was functioning just as it was the day I bought the vehicle. The Scherer Mazda service team was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I was out the door in about 30 minutes, everything working fine. More
