Excellent customer service! I recently bought my daughter her first vehicle. It needed an oil change and brakes replaced. They addressed issue and provided me a loaner until services were completed. Summary The only problem with the visit was that I asked if any coupons were available for the visit, and my service writer said he was too busy to look. After my inquiry, he made no effort to look for a discount. I've never had service work performed anywhere except Scherer on my 2011 CX-9. Always my service writer would look for a discount coupon if I forgot to bring one. My service writer is relatively new in the position so I will excuse him. A good lesson to be taught to new service writers. More

Top of the line in the service department. Keri is a gem. She helped us try to understand how the radio functions. Great car, the electronics suck.
