I bought a used car - a Nissan Frontier, from Schomp Nissan. I had a trade in - a 2022 Ford Maverick, which they priced fairly, they met the price of two other dealerships. They didn’t inflate the price of the Frontier - I checked the value on Kelley Blue Book and Cargurus and it was priced fairly. They were transparent and honest throughout the sales process. They processed the paperwork quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate their no haggle, one price pricing policy, it took the stress out of the negotiation process. I bought a 2020 Leaf at the very end of 2022. I realized after i placed my deposit that if I had waited 3 days (until 2023), I would have qualified for the $4500 federal tax credit. The sales guy I dealt with, Sevan, refused to move the close date on the car to accommodate me and got very aggressive about my request - threatening to cancel the sale and keep my $5000 deposit. I suspect he needed to meet his numbers for the month of December to get some bonus or something. There was no other reason for not accommodating this. Additionally - I bought online, outside of the Denver metro and he assured me there were no smells in the car. This was a total lie - it smelled and continues to smell like dirty socks. Sevan and this dealership are your typical sleazy car salesmen operation. Buyer beware. More
