Thank you for the quick acknowledgment my salesman, David P. Reached out to the service department and checked on it for me. They did acknowledge that it was noticed during the safety inspection and was noted. Which is great to hear. It sounds like it possibly could be an aftermarket part that the previous owner installed. Since I’m 3 1/2 hours away, I’m going to have it checked by my mechanic here and basically just run a full diagnostic on the entire thing. That’s money well spent and even if it’s just for peace of mind. I’ll let you know what the outcome is. Thank you so much for reaching back out. Can’t wait to give you guys five stars!

OK,… Now going on 10 days. Still no resolution. No one will call me back as promised “within 24 hours with a response“… After texting and emailing; nothing. I called the dealership directly to talk to the service department and or the service manager. No luck. The operator again stated that “no one is picking up the phone“. I’ve sent an estimate.(which is actually the cheapest of three.) to my sales representative there to present for someone to make a decision on whether to get my vehicle fixed locally here or if I need to make an appointment down in Delray. Now I’m less than “neutral“ on my star rating. So it’ll go down to two now until resolved unless it gets worse. Stay tuned.…

Here we are again and the saga continues. After much deliberation, between managers and sales people and service departments, it was agreed to have my car fixed. Unfortunately, at the Delray location; but I completely understand. A female “manager“ reached out to me and said if I don’t hear anything by the end of the day to contact her immediately and that she was going to “make some calls“. Anyway, I received an email from my original salesman stating that a decision has been made and it looks like they are going to order the parts and install them. So, the plan was to order the parts and let me know when they arrive and order to schedule an appointment. That was 12 days ago. I’ve emailed & called… and as you probably guessed…… nothing. Ghosted again. I just called the dealership and spent 11 minutes being bounced around between departments and actual physical locations in different cities in order to reach the right department. I even spoke to the same “operator” three different times because nobody knows where to send a customer to rectify situations or they just don’t pick up the phone in any certain department and hope it just goes away. Nobody knows what’s going on. So the operator sent me to service managerBill DeGiacomo (sorry about the spelling). And of course. “Hmmmm; he’s not answering“ says the operator. So she sent a message for him to call me back. If I don’t receive some form of communication about where the part is why it wasn’t ordered the day they committed to 12 days ago, and have an appointment on the books for this coming weekend for installation the Next communication is gonna be from my attorney

I appreciate the reaching out on this forum. But all it does is give me a false sense of hope. Someone needs to call me immediately or I’m talking to the state attorney’s office by the end of the day.
