I found a problem with my suv. The service manager totally ignored what I had found. My suv was due 60000 mile check. 4 new spark plugs and 1040.00 late, I drive home (100mile) and The service manager totally ignored what I had found. The service department is great! I have sent in positive reviews each time a request for one is sent to me. As you know, I am an amateur radio operator and have contacts all over I have sent in positive reviews each time a request for one is sent to me. As you know, I am an amateur radio operator and have contacts all over the world. Scoggin-Dickey is known world wide for parts but I manage to enlighten folks about the Subaru service department also. Have a great day!! More

This is about the inadequacy of Subaru service at this location. First, they only have one service advisor and he has to run all over the campus because apparently they don’t have runners and drivers to m location. First, they only have one service advisor and he has to run all over the campus because apparently they don’t have runners and drivers to move vehicles. They service advisor is doing the work of three people. Second, I brought my 10 year old Forester in for a high mileage routine maintenance. This requires parts that this location doesn’t keep in stock, turning a one day job into a four day job. This location also does not have dedicated service bays in the Subaru building. In other words, they want to sell them but aren’t seriously prepared to efficiently maintain them. I love my Forester and have had great service in other locations. Given the state of service in this location, I don’t see how I could buy a Subaru in Lubbock until and if they get serious about building a real service department for Subaru v More
Great service experience Great experience, took less than 20 minutes, for 6 month maintenance. Drive up...service door opens....drive in.
