I bought a 2011 s40 Volvo on 1/19/12. We ran into a few issues because I was divorced and my ex husbands name was on the title of my trade in. The staff at Scott Volvo was wonderful and my sales person Beth Marouchoc offered on her day off to personally drive the documents to my ex for his signature and deliver the Volvo to my office personally once I renewed my license. He explained everything thoroughly and even spent alot of time with us after the sale explainning additional features on the vehicles. He spent alot of time setting up our cells phones. That extra time after the sale was greatly appreciated. It is difficult these days to find quality customer service. We were extremely please with Pete's follow up.
