Hiep Luong was very patient with us as we test drove the car. Unfortunately, I was also picky about the color and only wanted white - well the only white Pilot was 4 cars deep on the show room floor! It was no problem! In a flash they had the car out and detailed and we drove it away. All aspects of the purchase experience went smoothely.
