I appreciated the time he took at the late hour and the way he worked with me on prices to get what was affordable for me. My son in law has bought 2 cars from Scott Honda but said Dan helped in a way that made the buying process informative and easy to walk through. Glad he was there! More
Great dealership, friendly staff. This was my second time getting a vehicle at Scott in West Chester. My lease was up on my 2011 Civic and I was coming in to buy it out. I thought ther This was my second time getting a vehicle at Scott in West Chester. My lease was up on my 2011 Civic and I was coming in to buy it out. I thought there was too much wear and tear on it to be able to turn it in without having to pay for repairs. But to my surprise they wanted to buy it back and we're able to put me in a brand new 2014 Civivc EX! What a difference 3 years makes, this new Civic has all the bells and whistles to make it feel and look like a totally different car. The rear view back up camera and side mirror lane change camera are great additions to this car. Along with the 7 inch touchscreen and Bluetooth connectivity, this car satisfies the techie in me. And I just love the smart key and push button start too. No need to ever take the key out of your pocket! Dan Lipchock in Sales took the time to walk the lot and show me the colors available, all the features and even helped me clean out the old car and load my stuff into the new one. Seeing as how I had my two year old daughter with me, there was a lot of stuff to move between cars so it was much appreciated. Dan was very professional and made sure I understood how everything worked. When it was time to sign the papers and handle the finances, Phil Dunbar was a great help and the made the process very smooth. Another very professional member of the team that took time to explain everything about the lease and made sure I was satisfied. And to top it all off they have a great kids area where my two year played and kept busy. She actually didn't want to leave hours later when everything was done. I had to bribe her with a Happy Meal to get her out of there lol. I even got to surprise my wife when she got home because she thought we were just going to buy the 2011 out after the lease. She was ecstatic when she saw our new Silver Honda Civic EX. Overall I am very satisfied with Scott Honda in West Chester and absolutely love our new car. I will definitely be back when our other car (2003 Saturn Ion) finally kicks the bucket. Thanks. More

An integrated team I had brought my 2012 accord in for routine maintenance and while the 2012 was being serviced , 2 tires were found to have damage from potholes. Greg I had brought my 2012 accord in for routine maintenance and while the 2012 was being serviced , 2 tires were found to have damage from potholes. Greg Westman and several managers including Mongi made sure that this would be covered by the Sentinel care I had purchased in spite of some initial problems getting this approved. I asked Mongi about the possibility of returning my 2011 Accord a couple months prior to termination of its lease. Mongi picked up the idea, ran with it, and within a short time I had returned both my 2011 and 2012 leases. Rob helped the paperwork fly by, and now I had a 2014 Accord. Mongi, Rob, and Gregg are first rate. In addition during the process of service to sales there were others who extended themselves but I didn't write their names, including a young man who drove me to pick up my 2011, and 2 managers who made sure the Sentinel policy was honored. All the members came together to do the right thing and I was a happy customer. I am pleased that service still has value at Scott Honda. Please appreciate the value of these people to Honda. More

Stacy new on board natural born sales and customer service! I first called the dealership and Stacey picked up the phone. I looked on line to find a special and made appointment.
