However, none of this was her fault (just bureaucracy) and Stacy was very professional about the whole thing. Did not try to spin a higher price and gave me all the details. John took time to greet us as he was busy working with other customers. We had picked out an Accord to test drive. John allowed us to test drive the vehicle while he was dealing with a customer. John presented the figures and made the deal negotiations very swift. We told him we were on deadline since we had dinner guests coming at 6:00 PM. Steve helped with the swift paper-work processing. They were both extremely helpful and went the extra mile to provide excellent service and assure that we received exactly the vehicle that we wanted. They made the car buying process a pleasant experience. The process was completed by Azad Yepremian from the finance department who was friendly, efficient, and able to explain the essentials and the extras in a way that was helpful without putting undue pressure on us to purchase offerings that we did not need/want.
