Went for oil change, tire rotation and multipoint check, I stayed there while CX-5 was being serviced. Took about an hour to complete. While waiting I got a text with a video of the Tech while he was servic I stayed there while CX-5 was being serviced. Took about an hour to complete. Was promised services which they said afterwards, that we would have to return at a later time. The car was returned for a recall. Was told that we would receive a loaner but had to fight to get one.
