DON'T BUY HERE! They're shady con artists! DON'T BUY HERE! BUYER BEWARE! They are con artists and shady dealers. They won't let you take a vehicle out to be inspected by your own mechanic (warning sign # 1). I bought a vehicle from them that needed repair, and they botched it- I went with with them because we split the cost 50/50, per the crappy warranty. They 'fixed' it twice, and now it's worse than before they made the original repair. Additionally, when I went to pick it up after purchase, the battery was dead! It needed a jump start to drive it off the lot (warning sign #2). They botched the title paperwork (warning sign #3). The whole process was like it was their first-ever car sale. I've attempted contact numerous times about the botched repair, and they ignore me. They won't refund my money, or fix it- not that I would trust them to do so. They shopped the repair out to a business down the street from them, and apparently neither business is capable of repairing vehicles. They got my money, I got screwed. Lesson learned- learn from my mistake and shop elsewhere! More

They said good luck..Had I known this place was not selling decent cars, I would have never wasted my time and hard earned cash. I am stuck now with a dead car and a loan to pay off, no transportation, and a bad trust again for dealers that do not actually care about you, they just want to sell you a car and be done with you. They do not stand by their cars that fall apart and die within only months of purchase. Do not buy here! I warned you! More

The car is a one owner with a perfect car fax showing regular 3- I was very interested in purchasing an Audi A6 they priced 2k below NADA/KBB retail. The car is a one owner with a perfect car fax showing regular 3-5k mile oil changes and factory recommended major services. They car is pristine and you wont find cars like that at 95% of franchised dealers. The owner, Steve, was driving the car and that says something. My only complaint was a lack of response after calling twice as well as submitting a credit application on a Friday and had not received a call come Monday afternoon. Anyway, once I called, Mike (co-owner) apologized as did Steve for the mix up and things went very smooth moving forward. They did their best to finance me but I have had no credit other than a small credit card from capital one that has a perfect payment history for 9 months. However, the bank would not finance me because I had a medical collection as well as no recent installment loans. My last auto loan was in 2005 as well as other credit lines, one for 25k, and my credit was in the 800 range. Sadly, all that is to old to even show on my report...oh well. However, my credit union gave me a small installment loan for one year after which they will finance a car. My 99 Audi A4 Quattro with 150k still runs as new so I can wait. When the time comes, I will certainly be revisiting Steve and Mike for my auto purchase...such a breath of fresh air from these large scam dealers that are some how still surviving. Not all are like that but far to many are. For example, the Key Auto store in Somersworth, Tri-City Dodge, Tri-City Subaru, North Berwick Auto and Village motors in South Berwick are all outstanding dealerships. Stay FAR away from seacoast Mazda, Somersworth Kia, Bourneville, Ron Curriers Midway Chevrolet in Somersworth to name a few. Anyway, Thanks guys for trying and...I'll be back. Kevin Bowley More
