I have had an extremely good experience with Seaport Auto. I feel like the fact that they r locally owned makes such a big difference. I bought an awesome CX 9 from Jared almost 2 weeks ago and I had some questions and concerns come up about my be SUV about a week after I bought it. I text Jared on his personal cell that he had given me in the prepurchase phase and he immediately text me back and I was impressed. He talked to his service dept and walked me thru what I needed to do. Today I took it into get the service done and I was a bit nervous. I didn't know if they were going to try to charge me a ton of money for the 2 issues that needed to be addressed right away... The manager is the device dept just called to let me know that they found the problem and were job to get the parts.. I had a moment and thought I better call her back to make sure this wasn't gonna cost me an arm and a leg. Tia was great. She said nope it won't cost me anything. THIS IS THE KINDA CAR DEALERSHIP THAT MAKES ME WANT A BUMPER STICKER SO I CAN BLAST THEIR MAKE. THANK U SEAPORT AUTO for being a great local business to our community and beyond. Shelley More
