So far the first month of vehicle ownership has been great. No major problems during the first 1200 miles of vehicle break in period. Vehicle has handled exceptionally well in both city and freeway driving and is very responsive. Eco mode is very useful for trying to achieve better gas mileage. Car build quality feels tight with no loose parts or rattles or noise. The only minor complaints is road noise on rough freeway surface measures at around 75 decibels and have to turn up radio to hear better but cabin on other road surfaces is very quiet. Rear seat buckles were a bit troublesome for rear passengers because they were recessed in the seats and were not able to get them to extend out for easier buckling of seat belts. More

My only feedback would be time and transparency from a sales perspective. The whole process took over five hours and most of that time was spent alone at the desk before a car was chosen or any commitment was made. That leaves so many opportunities for customers to get bored and give up. Then at the end of the night I felt like I was being 'upsold' on different insurances and coverage. I'm not sure if everyone thinks like me, but I've had terrible dealership experiences in the past and anytime someone even remotely hints at upselling, it turns me off from the whole process. More

We didn't feel like we were being cheated in the prices (nor did we know what would be bad prices because this mine and my wife's first car purchasing experience) and ultimately got a deal that was better than our expectations/hope. I would recommend this dealership and the Ioniq hybrid car. More
