Yet, the dealership charged me something that was not reflected on the sticker. e.g. The sales person was great at helping me purchase the vehicle. After inspecting the vehicle, the vehicle did not really have datadots installed. only few places had a mark of datadots. This is a serious problem since the dealer lied about a product that was not actually installed on the vehicle and charging a customer $499 for it.... Quality control and integrity issue is evident at Seattle of Hyundai. More

Would never do business with again There was a $599 DATADOTS fee added to the car price total. When I asked what this fee was, the finance associate told me its a "standard fee." Turns There was a $599 DATADOTS fee added to the car price total. When I asked what this fee was, the finance associate told me its a "standard fee." Turns out after a little bit of research its a SECURITY FEATURE that comes with the car - of which the car has stickers to represent this feature. Yet the finance associate had no idea what it was. Very unprofessional. It took 10 days to file ANY paperwork with my Credit Union, when I was told the paperwork would be filed in 3 days. Plus, the paperwork writing is confusing and not clear. Even my credit union said it looked odd. My trade-in vehicle is still not paid off, but it is conveniently listed on their website for sale! In addition, I viewed the online website before coming into the store, and there was a $40 Gift Card advertisement for free with a test drive. I did a test drive, AND PURCHASED A VEHICLE, yet its been 13 days and I still haven't received the Gift Card to my email address which should be instant/same day!! I will never do business with this location again. Incompetent, irresponsible, disrespectful, nickel and diming associates/business who don't value their customers. Never again! More
