Bittersweet Laid back team for the most part. A couple of people were a bit rude which ultimately ruined my purchase experience. However, the buying process was n Laid back team for the most part. A couple of people were a bit rude which ultimately ruined my purchase experience. However, the buying process was not too bad. It was past closing time but everyone was flexible and not too pushy. I had orginally went in to test drive a couple of cars and three hours later, bought a car. This was my first new car purchase and I'm glad this negotiation process was not as hard as I thought it would be. :) More
