We drove it, I loved it and bought the Tucson Eco. And the salesperson found an Eco when I asked him to and in the color I wanted. Made us a great deal. When asked they found a way to make a slimmer key that suits me better. Thanks for your service! More

Bob already had the car pulled up front and waiting when I arrived. Went for a test drive and found the car to be exactly as advertised. I really appreciated the fact that they make all the information about the car available, including any service they performed at the dealership and the CarFax. That was a big reason I was willing to come from Portland to look at the car. I enjoyed dealing with Bob, Austin and Andrew, they were professional and easy to work with. Bought the car and drove home. Easy. More

Like his other qualifications, an artist, my wife and I experienced a special treatment, friendly and calm, that we felt like meeting with an old friend in museum or art gallery. No pressure but introducing the details of the car like a piece of art work, also focusing on our interests and understanding our needs. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience working with John. Professional negligence and refusal to accept responsibility I brought my Hyundai Elantra GT 2013 to this dealership for a tune-up, oil change, and specifically requested that the mechanic inspect the tires, sta I brought my Hyundai Elantra GT 2013 to this dealership for a tune-up, oil change, and specifically requested that the mechanic inspect the tires, stating I'd noted uneven and overworn tread on the tires as well as a drop-off in handling. The mechanic noted that the tread was uneven, showing me measurements, but I was not made aware they were unnaturally low, or any possible reasons why. The mechanic stated that there was plenty of life left in the tires, and provided me no other information. I later took the car to to my regular dealership; during this period I was traveling and did not have immediate access to a Hyundai dealership, and continued to notice extended wear and uneven tread, also noticing increased problems with the handling of the vehicle. My regular Hyundai dealer informed me that my car has an alignment issue that had clearly been causing both the uneven and overworn tire treads, and that Autozone should have checked the alignment to notify me of the problem, and that if the previous dealer had done so, my tires would have been usable for a significantly longer period. My regular dealership said it would be more than fair to request 50% compensation for the cost of replacing 4 tires so prematurely, as I had to have all 4 tires replaced immediately or they would pose a threat to safe driving. I immediately contacted Autozone, providing them with photos of the tires, faxed documents showing the wear of the tread, and the phone number of my mechanic for verification. They were argumentative over the phone, backpedaled on several statements they made before they knew I was seeking liability damages, and were in general resistant to assuming any responsibility for their negligence, and have not made any effort to contact my regular dealership or mechanic, despite their claim that they would do so. In addition, because the warranty for the tires was only 12,000 miles (they are rated for 40,000 minimum), Autozone states they will assume no responsibility for the state of the tires, though negligence on the part of the dealership has directly led to damage to the tires. Thanks, guys. More
I had a great experience working with Hyundai of Seattle in purchasing a used Nissan Frontier. Robert Royse had a laid back no pressure attitude which I was grateful for after used vehicle shopping for som in purchasing a used Nissan Frontier. Robert Royse had a laid back no pressure attitude which I was grateful for after used vehicle shopping for some time. He kind of reminded us of Al Pacino. He expressed knowledge about the vehicle and helped ensure a seamless vehicle trade-in and sale process. After I took the used vehicle home it developed a mechanical problem. The 60 day warranty the dealership gave me with the vehicle covered 100% of the parts and labor for repairs of the issue. All I had to do was have the repair shop send the request for repairs to the warranty company and they paid the repair shop directly. The vehicle runs like new and I will own it for many years to come. I was grateful for the way the dealership treated my wife and I, and would recommend this dealer (and sales people) to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle weather its a Hyundai or different brand.
