Mr John Ireland is best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. Leasing a vehicle from this Hyundai dealership was an exceedingly positive experience including signing all the necessary paperwork with an affable, engaging Mr Charles Kim. I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a great-value vehicle. From the first time my wife and I arrived at Seattle Hyundai we were treated with upmost respect by Bob Royce and several other member of his team, those being Jason and used car manager ( Mike). My experience was great up until enetring the finance office of John who wasted 3 hours of my life trying to sell me extra warranties and products I did not need or want, at this point the only thing my wife and wanted was to sign our papers in a timely fashion and get home to our kids, we both felt like we had just been locked up in jail. I would suggest that John receive further training with regards to being more cognacent of customers time and told that high pressure finance/ sales tactics are not in the best interest of any customer as they offset any good experience a customer may have had prior to entering his Finance office . I walked into Hyundai of Seattle not expecting to leave with a car. After a few emails about what i was looking for with Ariel we set up a day to test drive a few cars. We found exactly what i was looking with a car. After a few emails about what i was looking for with Ariel we set up a day to test drive a few cars. We found exactly what i was looking for on the lot. I have a preference of a M/T which i guess are extremely rare. I found my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT, M/T, in the color i wanted and with amazing features. (I am so happy for the heated seats!) Ariel was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Ariel to my friends and family if they are looking for a car! More
The staff was nice, but very deceptive with contracts and the services. Apparently not concerned about ethics at ALL! Poor customer experience, and they really don't care that you feel so ripped off! I walked into the dealer unexpecting to walk out with a car. I have been a Honda fan till my car had enginge issues (burning oil at only 100k miles). I took my daughter with me knowing it would force me to not make any quick decisions as she gets antsy! I was greeted warmly & immediately. My daughter was excited about the popcorn & one of the sales reps kept my daughter busy. My daugther was very patient & I was able to focus on looking at the choices. I read good things abount Hyundai recently & at first I wasn't ready to purchase a new car & didn't want to pay the sticker price. In my mind I had a number that I was willing to pay with tax & all. They were flexible & made me the deal. I am very pleased with the service & flexibility that I received. I highly recommend this dealership :-)!!!! More
The dealership was extremely friendly and I liked how their aim was not always to just make the car look good to me. I ended up with a Sonata by in my decision making, they showed me how the hybrid versi their aim was not always to just make the car look good to me. I ended up with a Sonata by in my decision making, they showed me how the hybrid version had a tiny truck and how the Turbo required a lot of special treatment. It was my second time buying a car and I remembered the first time I was worked hard by the financing salesmen for extra warranties and what not. That did not happen at this dealership. I would say overall really good. More
