My sales person was John Martin and I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else! John knew the Jeep product inside and out. I loved that he listened to what I wanted. The model and interior I has picked was not on the lot, but John was able to find just what I wanted and had it picked up from another state and delivered to the dealership. Purchased my first new car - 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jaye Fayed. This was my 5th visit to a dealer, 2nd for a Jeep and my best by far. Jaye is a straight shooter, looking for the best experience/ from Jaye Fayed. This was my 5th visit to a dealer, 2nd for a Jeep and my best by far. Jaye is a straight shooter, looking for the best experience/product for a customer. Once he had an understanding on what we wanted, he quickly narrowed down the field and didn't try to sell us on extras (ex. a 2013 model w/ a higher price point). My wife who is more of a people person vs numbers oriented like me loved Jaye and his humility. He took extra time to take us through all the features once we purchased the car and I know I call him anytime in the future with questions. If you are buying a Jeep, I highly recommend Jaye as he has owned several, does not play games and has a deep knowledge of the product vs the folks at Rairdon in Kirkland. The inventory at the Town & Country dealership was better than others I visited as well. I interacted with Michael the manager on the phone and he verified models shown online and was not aggressive with having me visit. I was satisfied with the final price he gave on the vehicle. I think the initial financing rate could have been more competitive (~1% lower ) but didn't push them on it as I plan to pay it off earlier. Overall I highly recommend this dealership before visiting others in the Seattle area ... better inventory, deep expertise and a salesperson who truly cares in Jaye! More

Rob and his manager worked hard to meet the price that I was looking for all while having a few good laughs and them throwing in the floor mats I wanted for my Jeep. I would recommend Rob any day.
