The service staff has always been over 15 years courteous and helpful. However, I would love to get back to the old days with phone service. Now, my calls typically go to a recording and I may get a call back within 48 Hours. Can we get another elderly woman to answer calls? More
A bizarre incident occurred when I lost my military ID behind the driver console sliding tray. You can't imagine what it would take to replace the ID. I spoke to Eric Weiss about the problem. He said bring it in the next morning and they will do their best to retrieve it. They did better than their best. They had my ID in hand.
