Secret City Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

I've happily done business with Secret City since 2012 and referred many people to them. After the experience, from the Salesman, Mark, on through various departments of incompetence in the handling o and referred many people to them. After the experience, from the Salesman, Mark, on through various departments of incompetence in the handling of this transaction I really do not see me ever purchasing another vehicle from Secret City Dodge. I asked for KBB value on my truck, $18,000 with mechanical problems. Salesman and Trade-in Manager playing let's confuse the customer as much as possible 2 or 3 times, got me to agree to $11,000 and when I got my paperwork, which had errors that had to be fixed, it said, as yours states, I only received $9,000 trade-in on my truck. So, I've been ripped off for $9,000, Donna in registration called me and in no uncertain terms tried to put the blame for their poor work on me and make me feel I must rush and make it a priority to correct the incompetence of the people working on this transfer of ownership. To top it off, I now have to go deal with the courthouse to get a name off a registration for a vehicle that, the only place that last name appears, is on a Trucks Title that I traded to you and my new vehicle is financed in my proper name and now registered in the wrong name. Glad I obey the rules of the road, since I've been driving this Jeep Grand Cherokee all over TN, KY, OH and other States on the east coast for let's see for 4 months without proper registration?? And I still have to go, hmm let's see pay again for registration transfer?? I've heard I'm sorry for the confusion and trouble from every department I've dealt with. But I'm just supposed to say "OH, It's OK, I'll fix it" This still isn't resolved 11/2/2022. I asked to speak with the GM, there contact refused to give me a name or contact information. Salesman Mark was arrogant, not upfront with condition of car, drove hour and half to see car. My car 2 years older and 60,000 miles more was in better shape. The service department has to be the worst in the country, they had my suv in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks, the vehicle was not fixed at all, on the way home the check engine light came on and it was run country, they had my suv in the shop for 5 1/2 weeks, the vehicle was not fixed at all, on the way home the check engine light came on and it was running rough. I have opened a file with TN Insurance commissioner because you you were paid by Progressive, because you've been paid by them AT THE END OF FEBRUARY and my truck is STILL there. The latest batch of lies.....1) The ONLY tech capable of working on my truck is out with Covid. xxxx, that's the 4th time he's had covid since I dropped off my truck. He needs to enter a study with John's Hopkins. Covid 4 times in 6 months. Something clearly is wrong with him. 2) Last Thursday/Friday I was told 'they' were waiting on certain brackets to come in, but they were in stock. I know how that works - I've put 400k miles on 4 Ram trucks in the past 3 years. If a part is in stock, that means it's in Atlanta and if ordered before 3pm, it's there at 7am the next morning. As of today......'Still waiting on the parts'. Constant lies. That's all I hear from Secret City Ram.....and for anyone still reading this review, North Knoxville Chrysler Ram is the same ownership, so I'd stay away from them as well. This brand isn't like a Ferrari or something exotic. There are thousands of RAM dealerships out there. Spend a minute and go to a reputable one. More
