The whole time I was trying to fix it, the service and the parts area were not making sense and they co My radio screen cracked and needed it replace. The whole time I was trying to fix it, the service and the parts area were not making sense and they could not see what to do. It was making me a bit upset but eventually the case came to Matt (manager) at parts and he straightened things out to get my radio fixed. He made the whole process at ease. This morning I went in to get it done and in less than 30 minutes the new radio was installed. I'm very happy with their service and this morning was a completely different experience than before. Horrible customer service We bought our car here 2 years ago. A month ago the car wouldnt start. We had it towed to have it serviced here. We called every single day. They kept saying someone would call back an no one did. By the time we got them on the phone the car was sitting there for a week without even being looked at. They fixed the car, still had to pay $500 even though there is a warranty. A week later the SAME thing happenbed to the car. It has been there over a week again we call every day. They finally called us back today and it still hasnt been looked at. This is the worst car service I have ever received. Do not go here, do not buy your car here, there are so many better options out there. Jeep, if youre reading this, please fix my car!!!! More

Front desk needs guidance I came in early and was pleased that the service rep was able to get me in for a recall programming upgrade. The service manager went to the front desk where the paper was sitting in front of the girl. The girl stated that she called us two times. We were in front of the desk and easily would have heard our names being called at a reasonable volume. My newly washed truck was transferred to a long term lot since it was sitting there for an hour. The freshly washed truck came back with mud all over it. I have bought three trucks from here. You need to tighten up! More
