We took my wife’s 1990 f150 in a while back to have the steering column worked on. We discussed with the service writer which part we believed was broken. He told us due to its age it might be difficult t steering column worked on. We discussed with the service writer which part we believed was broken. After almost two weeks we went to the dealer and found the truck parked in a back lot covered in dust. Nothing was done to fix it. We took it to another shop and got it repaired and back to us in two days. Our previous service rep was Larry& we always got excellent customer service with him. We’ve used this service center for many years and am sorry to see the quality of service has declined. More
