Worst dealership ever! !!! First, I went in for 70k maintenance, which apparently is the same as an oil change (???). My 4 year old car had to have its engine rebuilt after !!! First, I went in for 70k maintenance, which apparently is the same as an oil change (???). My 4 year old car had to have its engine rebuilt after 1 year due to a factory recall. It took 3 weeks and I had $700 of unreimbursed car rental charges. Now the O-ring needed to be replaced (I guess the rebuild wasn't done very well). They called for a Lyft to bring me home. Th service advisor had my current address and I verified the city with the Lyft driver because I live quite a ways from the dealership. 1/2 way home the Lyft driver gets off the freeway to drop me off (!!!). We are no where near my home, he now has the wrong address and can't bring me any further. On the drive home from picking up my car the sun hits my windshield and I see there is a crack in it which wasn't there before. I pulled off the freeway and called the dealership. I was told my message was going to be sent right away to the service manager. It's been 2 hours and I've heard nothing back. After 30 years of loyal service I can say for certain this is my last xxx Ford!!! After 20 years of Drew/Penske patrionage I think it's time to find a new service department. More

My recall experience was a very good one Honorable acknowledgement to Chris Sorensson who was a very efficient professional and knowledgeable service representative. Usually dealerships are not that positive but my experience was so smooth and quick that I might even consider buying another Ford service vehicle as this experience shows Penske Ford still cares about its customers big and small. I have always been very satisfied with Penske Ford and their services, but my last two appointments I have experienced very poor service. I loved working with Larry for years, but since his departure their services, but my last two appointments I have experienced very poor service. I loved working with Larry for years, but since his departure from this location, I have not received quality service from this staff. I realize shops are busy and potentially understaffed right now, but unfortunately there seems to be a complete lack of knowledge, customer service and communication right now with the team. Ever since they got the new service building everything seems to have gone downhill. I made an appointment but still had to wait around for some time before heading in to see where my service manager was; only to wait much longer while he was on phone with absolutely no consideration or respect for me being there. From the moment I got there, it was excuse after excuse. I ended up having to call them about an hour before closing to see if truck was done and was told it’s been done for hours…again, horrible communication. When going over highlighted items that should be addressed with truck in the near future i felt like I was talking to someone that didn’t even know what vehicle I had. When I asked why he didn’t call me to fix some of these issues while he already had my truck, I was told “he was too busy and sorry he didn’t call me. You just need to bring it in another day and be without a vehicle again.” After asking several questions and not really getting a clear answer on priority, cost and history of completed service I thought it was best to leave and look for somewhere else to take my vehicle.
