My experience was amazing - far beyond what I thought could happen given the supply chain issues and new inventory shortages. I was expecting that the temptation for additional dealer mark ups would be m could happen given the supply chain issues and new inventory shortages. I was expecting that the temptation for additional dealer mark ups would be my fate. But the deal as I had signed up for 10 months ago at MSRP for a Ford Maverick XLT with a few additional factory add on was exactly what I got. . When my truck finally arrived I was not asked for any additional mark up fees - none - and the dealer add on options that were offered were asked ——- no hard salesmanship to try and add on additional items and profit for things I may or may not have wanted. ( I took none ) and my dealer was perfectly content with my decision- no disappointments - just gratefulness for me buying my vehicle from them and heartfelt congratulations on getting a hard to get Ford Maverick XLT truck. The finance officer got me in and out very quickly - no hidden agenda or sneaky fees. I was 100% impressed - felt like I was a VIP throughout the entire process from A-Z. This dealership put me first and treated me like a valued respected customer. I could not have asked for a better experience.
