My wife and I are fulltime RVs traveling the country. About 100 miles out of Fairbanks the transmission on our 2016 Class C RV failed and would not shift into overdrive. We were stranded on the outskirts of civilization. They got us in the next morning. The service was excellent and they had the equipment to lift and service our rig. They pulled the transmission and towed us to a safe nearby cul-de-sac so we could live in the RV while they ordered the parts and rebuilt the transmission. They filled us with water, gave us a loaner vehicle, checked on us throughout the process. It took a while for the entire process, but we are extremely satisfied. Best auto repair warranty experience ever for us and night and day compared to the dealer where we bought the coach. Josh Greier was excellent. Ralph, Gregory, Bob and Chris thank you. The Service Techs we do not know by name, but thank you as well. Ralph Seekins and Margaret Russell you run a first class dealership and your service team is excellent. Ralph we even saw you donating your time to drive the tractor at the Tanana Valley Fair Alaska Rodeo. Looks like you are giving back to the community. I have brought my Ford Explorer to Seekins be repaired for a howl in the rear end. Seekins Ford does not have the skill or willingness to fix the garbage they sell. I am going to do some advertising for Ralph Seekins. Ralph I hope I am in town when the time comes that another ford dealership comes to town and cuts your business dramatically; you have the worst reputation that I have ever seen for being in such a small town.
