They gave me an appointment and when I showed up they said they don't take appointments that late! Had to leave the car there without a loaner and had to get myself to work the next day. After a week or so from picking my vehicle up for service, the bottom cover piece came off of my undercarriage. I went to check my fluids and noticed in a crevice of my front window and wiper draina service, the bottom cover piece came off of my undercarriage. I went to check my fluids and noticed in a crevice of my front window and wiper drainage, were the bolts of the undercarriage! That’s two new parts needed to fix what they didn’t finish. Also, it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone! Don’t leave a message either because you never get a phone call back. They did get a new engine and updated all issues that was recalled and under the Hyundai warranty. More
