The worst experience ever Don't buy from this Dealer. I decided to purchase a 2010 Mercedes-Benz from them. The salesman Scott told me that the car was inspected and ready t Don't buy from this Dealer. I decided to purchase a 2010 Mercedes-Benz from them. The salesman Scott told me that the car was inspected and ready to drive. After I put money down and signed all of the papers, the car didn't pass the DMV inspection because it has a mechanical issue. I also found out that the odometer reading on the sales paper that I signed was different from the original odometer on that car, so I decided not to buy this car because the car was not as described. I was also afraid to take the car because of a mechanical issue. I asked the salesman Scott to refund me my money that because the purchase process wasn't completed and I didn't have any possession of the vehicle at all, but he refused to refund me anything. He told me that you already signed the paper and the money you paid is not refundable. I told him that I signed for the car with certain miles on it with no issue, but you gave me a car with different miles on it with mechanical issues, and not as described. I told him that I didn't change my mind, I still need the car, but the car as you described. Give me the car matches the information I signed and I will take it without any refund. At the end I didn't take any car and I lost my down payment Money. So I suggest not to buy from this dealer, because there are a lot of hidden issues covered under "as is" contracts. More

Purchased Audi SQ5 I was in the market for a Audi SQ5 and found Selden Motors on “Autotrader” and “Carguru” where they had a 2014 SQ5 with 19K miles on it. I sent them a I was in the market for a Audi SQ5 and found Selden Motors on “Autotrader” and “Carguru” where they had a 2014 SQ5 with 19K miles on it. I sent them an email and Scott responded within a few hours stating they had the vehicle and I was welcome to come test drive it. Scott was Proffesional and I did not feel pressure to buy anything. I ended up trading in my Audi Q5 and purchased the SQ5. They had financing so the whole process took about 2 hours pain free. I would recommend them to anybody More

Very cool from start to finish the day I bought the vehicle. What really blew me away though was what happened 3 weeks later. I had the car at a dealership for inspection and they said the car needed some things to pass. I immediately called Eric at Selden and he said bring the car in the next day. Eric had their shop do everything the dealership recommend and they paid for everything! Eric’s respond: “it was the right thing to do”. Pros pros at Selden. Beautiful car failed to disclose a major issue I bought a beautiful car from Selden. I dealt with Scott....not very personable but ok. Car runs great, except for a small fuel leak, which only pres I bought a beautiful car from Selden. I dealt with Scott....not very personable but ok. Car runs great, except for a small fuel leak, which only presents itself when the tank is full. So of course I get the car with 1/2 a tank of gas. So no issues drives great, I fill the tank now I smell fuel after I drive it. A strong smell. I bring the car to my Chevy dealership, come to find out there is a safety bulletin from Chevy to ALL dealers regarding this issue. So I know Selden knew about it but did not disclose the problem. So now the repairs are going to be 5500.00. On top of what I paid for the car. Emails to Selden resulted in nothing. No reply. I will attempt more contacts with the hope that I can recover some of the cost.....but I’m sure that will not happen. At the end of the day, I should have listened to the reviews....the company is at best.......theives More
