From the time I entered the dealership, there was an unparalleled level of friendliness and professionalism. I went in to look at a vehicle and test drove in the same day with no hassle whatsoever. At this point, I knew which car peaked my interest and I was ready to buy. Rogers spirit and willingness to work with me made my experience that much more enjoyable. I purchased a Nissan Altima Hybrid and was impressed by the service and treatment I receieved during the process. My car is not the typical car that is sold at select luxury but that did not diminish the treatment I received. Usually I have buyer’s remorse but there was none of that here. Everything that Roger said was true and he did not sale me a car but helped me to make my purchase. Roger called to follow up with me about my car at least twice since I made my purchase and I have never been happier.
