Selma Honda has been very good to me! I bought my 2007 Honda CR-V there in August of 2007 and have taken it back for maintenance and repairs ever since. I called to schedule an oil change and service for recall issue. The appointment was supposed to be for both services and when I got there, the tech told me it was for an oil change only. I was not happy as issue. The appointment was supposed to be for both services and when I got there, the tech told me it was for an oil change only. I was not happy as I told him that I drove 30 miles to get there with intention that I was going to have an oil change and the recall service was going to be worked on. The tech told me that they didn’t have the parts to do the recall so they couldn’t do it that day, which was an inconvenience because I took time off from work for these services. Furthermore, I was alarmed with the fact that it didn’t seem like the dealership took the recall, seriously, which is concerning to me. This recall needed to be done as per the details of issues.
