There are a few Honda dealers around me. I don't have any complaints on those. Selma Honda I've had a few issues but I will go out of my way to come back to them. Mistakes have been made but not once did they treat me bad. They've quickly solved my problems, go out of there way, but most importantly they own there mistakes. I know a few people by name just because they have a genuine interest in me as a person. To those handful it means more than you know. I can't think of any other place that has treated me as good as them. Thank you Selma Honda. I'll see you soon. More

My Service Advisor was very friendly and helpful, and willing to make adjustments to my bill when I pointed out that I had received a service that I did not intend. It's not his fault - it's the new (to willing to make adjustments to my bill when I pointed out that I had received a service that I did not intend. It's not his fault - it's the new (to me) MENU system that Honda has adopted. And this I do not like at all! I have owned Hondas and used Honda service departments for about 40 years and it was a surprise to find on my final bill that the maintenance was separate from the parts for that service, and the price for labor not listed at all. A menu approach may be fine for many, but I like to see the cost of parts and labor together. I asked to explain my frustrations to the Head of the Service Department and he was understanding but I do not think anything will change to go back to how it was. At least he agreed that the customer should be given the opportunity to choose whether or not to purchase a very expensive spray that allegedly combats airborne pathogens and which smells strongly of air freshener applied to the cabin filter. Overall, I assume that my oil change was successful, and I appreciated very much that they replaced the cabin filter the next day. I also appreciated the Service Advisor's help and willingness to support my concerns. I feel I can trust his interest in servicing my 12 year old car. I do suggest that the service department offer a breakdown of the menu items. They did not: all that was given was a price for three levels of service. He did recommend the minimum level which I found reassuring, because my car had only minimal mileage since the last service. More
