I have purchased two vehicles from Selma Honda, but unfortunately, both experiences have been far from satisfactory. I have had to bring my car in for service due to recurring issues with the engine li unfortunately, both experiences have been far from satisfactory. I have had to bring my car in for service due to recurring issues with the engine light, and each visit to the service center has been disappointing. The staff often made me feel as though my concerns were an inconvenience, and I felt there was a lack of empathy and professionalism in their responses. While I understand that vehicle issues can be challenging to address, I would have appreciated better communication and a more customer-centric approach. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend Selma Honda to friends or family, and I hope the dealership takes this feedback to heart in order to improve the customer service experience. More

Selma Honda was fantastic! Cesar in their service department was so amazing! Our mini-van broke down on the 99 on Sunday night on our way back from a funeral. The tow-truck dri Cesar in their service department was so amazing! Our mini-van broke down on the 99 on Sunday night on our way back from a funeral. The tow-truck driver said it was most likely the alternator, but he couldn't be sure, so we had the mini-van dropped off by the Selma Honda dealership in the middle of the night. The next morning I spoke with Cesar at the dealership and he kindly had someone come to where the minivan was, outside of the dealership, in the rain and jumped the car. We were able to get the minivan over to the service area when it died again. Cesar and the mechanics were able to properly diagnose that it was the alternator, get the part from Fresno, install and test it, and get us back on the road towards home by the mid-afternoon. All while they were super busy. They did a fantastic job and were really helpful and understanding through the whole process, even though it was pretty challenging and a time crunch! These are the best and we are so grateful they were there to help us out. Thank-you Cesar! Thank-you Selma Honda! More
I never really leave reviews but William Cervantes went above and beyond for me. I bought my vehicle from Selma Honda auto mall 7 years ago and have been going there since for oil changes, new tires and ev above and beyond for me. Service depends on who you leave your car with. Some do a through job and some don’t. For example this time they forgot to wash my car. When I mentioned it to them , I had a longer wait. Personnel, help and service at Selma was, as always, excellent. Disappointed in my Odyssey requiring an $1,800 repair at 36,000 miles for steering and front end suspension.
