Slow as snails. I arrived at 10:00am to get my oil changed, first two oil changes are free on the Truck, so this was for my first oil change. They asked if I wanted them to wash the truck, and I said yes, please! By 10:04am they accepted my vehicle and told me I could wait in the waiting area in the lobby, I chose to wait outside at the service entrance in the shade. They told me it would take 2 hours, and I said I have no choice but to wait. At 11:55 the service rep called me to tell me that the truck was ready and he still has to do the paperwork, I said ok, thanks. I waited another 30 at the service entrance on the side where the service rep was, he was busy with other people talking and doing paperwork the whole time, he finally looked at me and said "I called you didn't I" I said yes. He said you should have gone to the cashier to get your paperwork! So we can get your vehicle. I said "Nobody told me that" he looked at me like a deer in the headlights. I went to the cashier and got my paperwork, stood there for 20 minutes more holding my paperwork, nobody looks at me everyone is doing their own thing, finally I saw a kid with the red shirt and he asked if I wanted him to get my vehicle and I said yes. He took off get my truck but 10 minutes went by and still no sign of him. I went back into the area where they work on the cars to see where the truck and the kid were, and I see my truck stopped at an angle from being backed out of a parking spot and another Selman employee talking with the kid with the window down. This all took another 10 minutes, finally he brought my truck around to me, and it was not washed, and it had been 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my oil changed. I give them a big fat ZERO for Service. Totally dissatisfied, I left cursing them all, but I am sure nobody heard me, or cared, or cares. More
