A Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Seminole Toyota I recently visited Seminole Toyota on Reinhardt Road on Thursday, May 15 with a friend, eager to explore their selection of Tundra Seminole Toyota I recently visited Seminole Toyota on Reinhardt Road on Thursday, May 15 with a friend, eager to explore their selection of Tundra SR5 trucks. One of the associates, Jayden, initially assisted us and showed us a few trucks. When we asked for pricing details, we were led inside, expecting a straightforward discussion. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. A manager approached us and abruptly told us they had no SR5 trucks available—despite the fact that their website showed nine in stock. It was clear that this statement was misleading, and instead of assisting us further, we were literally shooed out of the store. As we exited, the manager aggressively pushed the chairs we had been sitting on, in an unprofessional and hostile manner. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership’s integrity and customer service. Instead of staying where we were clearly not valued, we took our business elsewhere. I'm now the proud owner of a gleaming Ford F-150 XLT from a dealership that actually respects its customers. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats people fairly and values honesty, I would strongly suggest exploring other options.
