Horrible dealership! !! I thought we would be sharing a good experience after initial conversations with sales person Hugo were good yesterday. We were looking at a speci !! We were looking at a specific used truck and were told it wouldn't be ready for a few days. Today the tone shifted a bit and they were pushing to close the deal. We spoke to the sales manager Joe Cioppa a couple times to confirm price and also confirm that the car would be ready to pick up today. We had an appointment scheduled and were in the car driving the 3 hrs and Joe called and told us the car sold. No apology just a matter of fact, the car was sold. What has happened to honorable men...they sure don't work at Seminole Toyota. I would never do business with this dealership and would give them zero stars if allowed. More
