Service advisor had an attitude and treated me like I was an issue to deal with because I asked questions… he didn’t like that I asked simple questions. I would re evaluate how the training goes if this is w an issue to deal with because I asked questions… he didn’t like that I asked simple questions. The service center is usually amazing. I have been coming here with my vehicles for years, especially to work with the adviser Glenn as he always keeps it straight with me and tells me wha I have been coming here with my vehicles for years, especially to work with the adviser Glenn as he always keeps it straight with me and tells me what I need and or can wait on, Glenn is great! However… I hate to complain or review poorly but the last few times I’ve have serious issues not with Glenn but the mechanics I guess. Issues that cause timely issues. A few months ago with my wife’s car for a simple oil change I received the car back in a timely manner however started to drive and heard a noise. I stopped and looked under the car to see they did not secure the skid plate back on correctly causing it to rub on the grown and to tear. I took it back and of course Glenn helped me out however due to not being g in stock they had to order a new one so I had to come back a few days later and spend another hour or two at the center. Again Glenn helped me out and is great, however who ever didn’t secure the plate costed me a lot of time. Furthermore my last visit, again a simple oil change, after waiting 2 hours I asked Glenn what’s going on and he ran back to see what was going on. Turned out someone spilled oil all over the engine area and they had to clean it. I don’t receive the car for another hour so I spent 3 hours for a simple oil change at the service center for again a mistake by a mechanic. Again Glenn was very helpful and tried his best to get me my car as fast as he could, I’d never say anything badly about him. The mechanical team definitely need to be more careful as both these mistakes have costed me more time and headaches that are most importantly UNAVOIDABLE if someone was just careful each time. Again I hate, hate reviewing poorly and of course i Will still be going back as Glenn my advisor is the best person to work with in the mechanical world but the shop definitely needs some work and I hope my next visits aren’t as timely. More
