I was disappointed after I purchase the car I wanted a complete tour of what I can do with this new purchase. The car I had previously was from 2007, I still had manual windows and doors. Getting a 2020 vehicle, I knew nothing about the technology, security system, all around airbags (in my old car the airbags came from the steering wheel) or just the basics like how the windows work. The tour felt un-prepared and he was unsure about couple of things. I did ask if I could get a complete tour of the car, and he said he could give a complete tour. If he would of known the car well enough he would be able to give an good introduction. As a professional, who should know the in's and out's of his craft I would give him a C-. As a car salesperson, I give him an A++, because he sold me the car and made me feel absolutely comfortable throughout the purchase. More

Sunday Supra Purchase On Sunday, I found my way to David Maus Toyota, hoping to get an "eyes on" the 2020 Toyota Supra...Not expecting them to be open, and just cruise the On Sunday, I found my way to David Maus Toyota, hoping to get an "eyes on" the 2020 Toyota Supra...Not expecting them to be open, and just cruise the lot. I was accompanied by my friend and my doggie Elvis...Surprisingly I found them open and was greeted by fellow ex NJ resident Bryan Zamora...I previously tried a local Sarasota dealer whom had no Supra's in Stock...David Maus had 2 on the floor! Bryan warmly greeted me and walked me over to the 2 Supra's on the floor...I have never owned a Toyota...Was interested in the 2020 Corvette C8...I've previously owned 4 Corvettes and 3 Porsches...Bryan was very patient and worked hard showing me the advantages of the new Supra...Very likable guy...Selling a really good but unfamiliar product...I found the entire staff that I interacted with very pleasant and eager to please...Bryan did sell me on the vehicle and co-ordinated the purchase for a buyer somewhat far from home...Came in the next day, had everything ready and got the Supra ready for it's 1st rainy Florida day ride...Thank You Bryan for all you did to make it a great experience! Over the years I have purchased eight vehicles from various dealerships all over the country. I live in northern Georgia and spent 3+months searching for the exact Toyota Tundra I wanted and David Maus Toyota not only had it, they had the best price by-far! Within a few hours of sending my email inquire, Emmanuel reached out to me and stayed in constant contact. He professionally answered all of my questions and going out of his way to send me extra pictures and details I asked for. After agreeing to a price and a close date for me to fly down to pickup the truck, work got in the way and I was going to need to delay the purchase date a week. Emmanuel said he would personally make the 6 hour drive and bring me the vehicle! I paid an extra $200 for the delivery (he had to hire a coworker to follow him in another car for the return trip). The very next day Emmanuel arrived in my driveway with the exact truck I wanted! On top of that we sat at my kitchen table to sign all the paperwork.
