At no time did he try to sell me a vehicle that I had not expressed an interest in. I decided on a vehicle, and entered into final negotiations with sales manager Mark Dalton. Mark was polite, professional, and patient during the entire process. We were able to negotiate the sale while remaining calm and respectful.We completed necessary paperwork, and I was introduced to Andrew Reyes of the finance department. Andrew was also polite and professional. He explained various warranties and additional services available, but did not pressure me once I declined. All of these employees definitely earned my respect. I would highly recommend David Maus Toyota. More
