I brought my car in for TPMS sensor replacement. Near closing time, I wrote a check because the service advisor said the work was almost done and we could finish the part that night. However, after pulling my car around, the service department told me they could not complete the job. I was assured my check would not be deposited. The next day, I was told the part had been installed, but the TPMS warning light is still on. I offered to return the part, but they refused. Because the service was incomplete and communication changed, I placed a stop payment on my check. The service was disorganized, the issue remains unresolved, and I caution others to confirm all work before paying. More
