Not only did I get the best price for both, buy my salesman, Eddie Vasquez is now a friend for life. Took care of me both times. It was the best experience I ever had purchasing a car. I recommend anyone that need some a car to go see Eddie. He is down to earth and takes his time with you. When I bring my Corolla for its maintence the service department takes care of me like gold. Karen who I always go see is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a service department. Go there because they truly take care of their customers. Big Fat Liars For starters, I only got to test drive it for a minute. Secondly, I never got a chance to look at the actual vechile from the inside and out. I was th For starters, I only got to test drive it for a minute. Secondly, I never got a chance to look at the actual vechile from the inside and out. I was then rushed in to do the paperwork as far as the sale. He first then tried to charge me for the factory installed tinted windows. Then he rushed into financing with a high apr regardless of my excellent credit. By then I was in excurating pain because I already had told him before showing up that I was already involved in a major car accident. I explicitly told him that I definitely will buy a vechile but without any lies. I just wanted to get to the point without playing cat and mouse with the pricing. At this point, I walked away very angry and said I'll just wait for my fiancee. Then when my fiancee arrived he was very upset that Mahmood was going to charge me for the factory installed tinted windows. So then Mahmood told us both to go with him to his office to discuss the finances. That's when I met with Jon Albino. After that I had no issues with Jon Albino. My problem was with Mahmood. Mahmood was very pushy, rushing, and lied directly to my face including my fiancee. Unfortunately my fiancee had to return to work so, he never got to actually see the vechile even after I told Mahmood that I didn't get to inspect the vechile inside and out at all. I never once saw the vechile's engine or any other parts. Then it started to rain so, I needed to leave to go get my down payment. Mahmood claimed that by the time I came back, the vechile will have been fully detailed. Then, I came back, and he just gives me one key. And at that moment he abandoned me for another client. So I go to Jon Albino to ask about a second key. He told me that I have to talk to Mahmood about that since it was not his department. So I finally saw Mahmood after waiting for him to finish with his other client. He stated that he would check with the previous owner about the second key, but to not worry because if the owner doesn't have the second key that he would replace the key personally. And that was a pure lie, because it is 4 weeks later, and I still don't have a spare key and for the car being a preowned vechile from Toyota it is shameful that it was on the lot to be sold as a preowned certified inspected vechile when it was engulfed in sand all the way into the axles, tires, and entire underside of the vechile. Even the interior was covered in sand. So, this vechile should have never been sold as a preowned certified inspected vehicle. Sadly, they got me at my weakest point because of my recent severe accident. Clearly by his pushy and rushing actions, he never wanted me to see the vehicle in its entirety ever. And now I am really disgusted that I am stuck with a vechile that was never detailed or even remotely close to preowned certified inspected. I liked it when you were at your Longwood location when you were smaller and I purchased a preowned certified inspected Toyota 4Runner and I was happy because it was truly a preowned certified inspected vechile, and it was detailed and I was provided with two keys from the start. I never had any haggling, rushing, or pushing salesperson like Mahmood. Especially him knowing when I spoke to him that I didn't want to go to the dealership to haggle and waste my time when I was already in a lot of pain. He only made sure to make everything worse for me. On top of that, my fiancee just recently purchased a brand new Toyota Tacoma from you, I would have hoped that you would have treated me better knowing this. So personally I will never buy a vechile from you again and never recommend you to anyone. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. As we speak, my vechile is still engulfed in sand. When are you going to own up to what you promise? More
