Defective car sold Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with David maus Toyota. I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat with clean title and under 20k miles. I got it Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with David maus Toyota. I bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat with clean title and under 20k miles. I got it 3 weeks ago. When I took Test drive it felt very smooth. I drove it under 70 mph during my test drive. My sales guy said that he had service center run complete inspection on car and everything thing looked good. The moment I got my car home and tried to charge my phone —> I came to know that the charging ports are not working at all. —> the warning lights are always on —> The steering wheel vibrates when I go over 70 mph or hit brakes suddenly. I drove my car back to dealership which is 40 miles away from my current residence. I have been driving back and forth for 4 times as of now. The charging ports and warning lights are fixed but the steering wheel keeps vibrating. The manager at this location finally drives car for 10 minutes and says “there is nothing wrong with car. The vibration you are seeing is expected for used car and you have to pay out of pocket to get a smoother driving experience”. Sir!! For your information you haven’t mentioned any of these issues before I purchased the car. I needed a car to drive to work and there wasn’t much time and I had to rush the purchase. The dealership took advantage of my situation and sold me a defective car. Friends!! I am just trying to help you If you are planning to get a used car at this dealership. Because the used cars here are defective and the sales team and managers will not respond or help you after you purchase the car. More

I previously went to a few dealers and I felt trapped in my lease which I owed way too much I felt trapped. These guys went above and beyond and made it happen. Would I recommend them??
