Afterwards Luis came back to check on me and answered all my questions very detailed and with lots of knowledge. He took care of me and made me feel like I could trust him to negotiate the things that I was looking for and, in fact, made sure I had certain things in my package that I didn't even know I would need but am so glad I do now. I would recommend any of my friends or family to see him with their sales needs because I know he cares about getting them a great deal. More
Overall an excellent experience with service area I came to this location originally for general servicing and had an excellent experience; then I had a car accident and dealt with the collision repai I came to this location originally for general servicing and had an excellent experience; then I had a car accident and dealt with the collision repair side of things about 6 mo back. The collision repair side of things seemed a bit scattered overall (example: they had no clue where my paperwork was when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, and it was sitting unlabeled on the receptionist desk), and although the job got done well it seemed like a lot more hassle than it was worth. I thusly stopped coming to this location until a few days ago when I returned again for servicing. I dealt with Val as my representative and he was very kind, organized, and knowledgeable. For this reason, I will be returning for regular maintenance and will give the facility a 5 star rating. Thank you, Val! More

I was treated like dirt by the collision ctr representative I felt very bad about how I was treated by one of the female employees at David maus collision center She called my phone yelling at me. I had never met her before in my life. I felt so hurt, I tossed and turned in my sleep for days. I've never been treated like that before especiallly by a company I'm paying a lot of money to complete a job and when I went in to pick up my car. she treated me like dirt, she was very nasty. I spoke with her manager and he apologized by making excuses for her behavior. He told me he will have his boss call and speak with me about the situation but I never heard from the boss. Sorry for this long comment but I'm still hurt by the way I was treated. I never got an answer. This is the first review I've ever done on a company and that should let you know how badly I feel.
