I was treated like dirt by the collision ctr representative I felt very bad about how I was treated by one of the female employees at David maus collision center She called my phone yelling at me. Talking over I felt very bad about how I was treated by one of the female employees at David maus collision center She called my phone yelling at me. Talking over me and hung up on me. I had never met her before in my life. I felt so hurt, I tossed and turned in my sleep for days. I've never been treated like that before especiallly by a company I'm paying a lot of money to complete a job and when I went in to pick up my car. she treated me like dirt, she was very nasty. I spoke with her manager and he apologized by making excuses for her behavior. He told me he will have his boss call and speak with me about the situation but I never heard from the boss. Sorry for this long comment but I'm still hurt by the way I was treated. I never got an answer. This is the first review I've ever done on a company and that should let you know how badly I feel. More

Poor customer service I tried to get a Saturday service appointment today. I tried on line and you can no longer make weekend appointments and not with the phone app either I tried to get a Saturday service appointment today. I tried on line and you can no longer make weekend appointments and not with the phone app either. I called to make an appointment and was told that I would get a call from a service adviser an no one called back. I had body work done after an accident and the fasteners are falling out of the inner wheel well. I had a terrible time getting the appointment for the body work and had to wait a long time when I dropped it off and a long long time when I picked it up. They don't seem to care about you after the sale. We bought two brand new RAV4s last year. 60000 dollars worth of vehicle and this is how we are treated. More
