Bought this car and noticed they added warranties to my loan. Never received any paperwork on them; only reason I noticed is when I tried asking for my buyers order they gave me the run around on the phone loan. Then when I showed up they had me waiting for an hour for 4 pieces of paper. Next on my list is to try and get these warranties cancelled but with the way they treated me I bet they will give me the run around again. Worst dealership I've ever experienced do not come here!!! Also the Rolando collazo lied to me and said his name was "Amir" guess he forgot that his name and picture is on the site....... More
I came in to get my window tint repaired, which was covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. However, I was informed that because the original dealership was sold off, it was only co covered under a lifetime warranty when I purchased the car. However, I was informed that because the original dealership was sold off, it was only covered for 10 years. Ended up agreeing to pay 200 for the service. Quality of the work was good. More
Recurrent safety issues with new car Sienna 2026 involving gear shift getting stuck in park and reverse leaving the car immobilized . Driver looses control of the directionality of the vehicle . Effects safety of driver , child and disabled passenger. Dealership claims mechanic can't reproduce issue and consequently offered no intervention. Driver is instructed to continue driving vehicle until reproducing issue with total disregard to driver and passenger safety . Dealership claims technician will be sent to site when issue occurs . On 2/25/2026 dealership was called and no response was taken when the car got stuck in park gear for the 4 th time . More
