We genuinely admire you taking the time to share your experience with us, and we appreciate your honest feedback. A rating of 4 stars means a great deal, and we are glad that your visit was overall a positive one. That said, we hear you on the areas where things fell short. Timely communication, keeping to promised timelines, and delivering on commitments like a complimentary wash are all details that matter, and we understand how falling short on those points can be frustrating. Your feedback helps us continue to improve, and we are grateful you shared it with us at Seminole Toyota.
