We’ve been ignored, let roam the dealership without anyone saying more than 2 words, we’ve been bombarded with aggressive sales agents that are not friendly if your not committing right then, but none of this happened at David Maus. We arrived and we’re greeted by Mr Wooten and offered waters, asked if there was anything he could help with, and promptly got keys to start letting us see and test any vehicle. After hours of being there, we never felt that we were being pressured to buy or leave. At one point Mr Wooten even got a car we were interested in twice so we could do another test drive. We settled on wanting a used 2017 Ford Explorer and when it came to talking price, Mr Wooten did the best job anyone could expect from any sales person. The low no haggle needing pricing on their used cars was amazing to start with and Mr Wooten was even went above and beyond with making sure the financing was just where we wanted it for a monthly payment and APR. Anything that Mr Wooten could do to help us with our purchase, he tried to do, regardless how long it took. Ultimately, we got our new vehicle and we are loving it. On top of everything, Mr Wooten went above and beyond even after the sale and got our registration for our tags taken care of and made sure we got our new registration for our car. If your in the market for a new or used car and not only want a great price but also to be treated the way you expect when walking into a lot, I strongly urge you not only to check out David Maus in Sanford but ask for Mr Wooten and tell him John sent you so you get only the best of the best!
