2015 Toyota Tacoma w/ Arianna Straightforward, no BS. Came in knowing the truck I wanted and what I wanted to pay for it. Arianna set up a test drive immediately, was helpful in running various scenarios with trade in vs no trade in, etc. After a bit of negotiation on dealer installed options, ended up leaving with the vehicle after about 2 hours. They even drove it home for me so I didn't have to come back and pick up my car which I didn't trade in. Would recommend. Arianna was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. More
